Meet Andrea

As a native of the Lake Norman area and a seasoned real estate professional, Andrea understands the trust her clients place in her and is committed to exceeding their expectations. She takes pride in guiding buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

In addition to working directly with clients, Andrea also serves as the Branch Leader of the Howard Hanna Allen Tate Davidson office, where she mentors and supports fellow agents in achieving success. Her leadership role allows her to stay at the forefront of the real estate industry, providing strategic guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that both her clients and her team receive the highest level of service.

Andrea has witnessed firsthand the transformation of Lake Norman - from its quiet, natural beauty to the thriving community it is today. Some of her fondest childhood memories include playing along the lake’s shoreline and spending carefree summer days swimming and exploring. This deep-rooted connection to the area gives her a unique perspective and invaluable insight into its growth and development.

Well-connected within the real estate industry, Andrea leverages her local knowledge and professional network to provide expert guidance, whether assisting her clients in buying or selling a home or leading her team in navigating complex transactions. Her strong leadership skills, combined with her ability to strategize and problem-solve, make her an invaluable resource in the ever-evolving real estate market.

Before launching her real estate career, Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from East Carolina University and a Master of Education in Reading from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She spent many years as an elementary school teacher in CMS, honing skills in communication, organization, and leadership—qualities that now serve her well in real estate.

Andrea and her husband, Thorne, raised their children in Huntersville, where they still live, work, and play.  Family remains at the heart of her life, with her parents, sisters, and extended family all residing in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area.

Beyond real estate, Andrea has a deep love for the outdoors—especially the water. On a hot summer day, you’ll likely find her on the lake, water skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or swimming. She also enjoys hiking in the mountains and relaxing around a bonfire in her backyard.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or looking for expert leadership in real estate, Andrea’s local expertise, commitment to excellence, and passion for helping others make her a trusted professional in the Lake Norman market.
